Nick Clarke has over 40 years experience working with and managing people in the service industry of department store retailing Now retired from his position as a senior executive and Store Manager with Debenhams he is continuing to advise and help people about how they can improve their personal and teams performance in any walk of life
Nick believes passionately that the success he has had is due to his ability to get people working together more effectively and this is the back bone to his coaching work
Nick has spent more than 35 years helping charities, many through the Rotary organisation and has spent time with several disadvantaged people to help them see that every person has a unique gift in life to offer
He has worked in many communities from Aberdeen to Southampton helping to create better working relationships with businesses, residents, visitors and councils. All of this work and success has been under pinned by his belief that anything is possible with a positive attitude and a knowledge that you have to change if you are to succeed
