He describes values as “behaviours” and they form a very important part of how he gets results for his clients.
The behaviours and interactions with delegates work will always be confidential with the individual or group however it is vital that delegates share the outcomes of their learning and experience with others and especially their mentors.
Openness, sharing, trust, support, honesty, participation and FUN are some of the big behaviours that he likes to see in all his work.
The essence to all of his successful work is in the trust and empathy that he builds with clients and a want by them to change.
He believes that before any coaching work can begin, there must be a clear understanding with the individual or group about the expectations from each other, only then can everybody involved, remain on course to get the destination together.
